Brett Roland

Brett Roland B.A. (Psychology), B.Soc.Wk (Comm.Dev.) has worked at Jabiru for 13years. With a little over twenty years of experience in community work with children and young people in their families, schools, and communities as well as 25 years in a variety of diverse industries. Brett is currently in leadership positions on the Board of the Fitzgibbon Community Centre and Jabiru Community College. He has also taught community development as a consultant in a range of community settings.

Marian Cartwright

Marian, General Manager Partnerships and Community Engagement, has over 10 years’ experience in working in the community sector in management roles and direct work as well as 25 years in a variety of diverse industries. Marian has a background in Psychology and Youth Work and specialises in clinical counselling supervision and Equine-assisted psychotherapy. Marian’s underpinning practice framework is grounded in her commitment to social justice principles and inclusive practice. Marian advocates for the rights of all people to have access to fair and equitable services and programs.

Tania Lindenmayer

Tania, Manager Operations Support, has built Jabiru’s administrative systems from the ground up over 26 years and leads a great team focused on responsive customer service.
