The Team at Jabiru Narangba

Jabiru offers before and after school care and vacation care at Narangba State School. We offer a safe, fun environment for children from prep up. Our experienced team have put together great programs and menus so there are options everyone will enjoy.

Features

Jabiru Narangba features indoor activities, including homework and cooking. We also use the school’s oval, gardens, under cover areas and playground for outdoor fun.

Fees

Families eligible for Child Care Subsidy pay reduced fees, with a proportion of their fees paid by Centrelink.

Your families combined income will determine your percentage of subsidy.

Fee payable depends on eligibility for Child Care Subsidy.

Annual administration fee

An annual administration fee of $25.00 per family is charged when your new enrolment is confirmed, and each year when you renew your enrolment. We will process your enrolment and confirm with you in writing so you can start to use our service.

Before School Care

Opening hours: 6:00am till school starts

Full Fee: $16.00

Session Hours: 2.5 Hours

Late bookings

Late bookings are those made after Thursday 6pm for the following week before care is needed. Late bookings will incur a $5 surcharge on the ‘Permanent or Advanced’ booking fee.

Before school care with Jabiru is a great place for children to get ready for the school day. We can also help with tuckshop orders, excursion permission forms and notices to the school office.

Many parents find before school care helps them manage their busy days.

After School Care

Opening hours: from the school bell till 6:00pm

Full Fee: $23.70

Session Hours: 3 Hours

Jabiru after school care has great activities, good food and highly qualified staff to help children finish their school day.

We always have a range of different activities on the go, and children choose the activities they want to do that day. See the menu on the left for the range of C4K Activities that we offer.

Vacation Care

Opening hours: 6:00am to 6:00pm

Full Fee:$54.00

Session Hours: 12 Hours

Jabiru holidays are heaps of fun. We’ve gone on excursions to theatre shows, zoos, theme parks, museums, movies, skating and environment centres.

We publish our vacation care program before the holidays so you can avoid the vacation juggle and know your children will be well cared for with a huge choice of activities and occasional excursions.
