The Jabiru team are fantastic at helping my daughter work through her emotional needs in regards to social interactions both positive and negative.
We consider each child’s entire world, so we can understand and support them with the right people, places, resources and guidance.
Aligning our practice with the National Quality Standard and the My Time, Our Place Framework, we create and co-design connected programs for each child in our care, considering the world of interactions that influence their development.
Our role as the connector is critical to achieving our purpose of giving children and families our best, always looking for ways to support them beyond OSHC. Our Student Wellbeing Officers and family support programs help us to extend our care.

Bringing out their best: The Jabiru Way is embedded in everything we do.

Developing school-specific programs, academically up-to-date practice frameworks, community partnerships, transition support & extended service provision, with internal reviews, external assessments, ratings & surveys. Bringing out our best.
Bringing out our best: Maintaining high-quality delivery of OSHC and NQS practice frameworks: MTOP, Behaviour & Inclusion and more, with regular review processes including 6-month Pulse Surveys.
Continuing professional development for our people to create environments where each child can realise their potential, with nutritious food, enriching play and educational experiences that adhere to frameworks and guidelines.

Survey response
People have said to me they came to our school because of the OSHC service… the reason that they chose us was the consistency in Jabiru as compared to the other school.
Stakeholder Interview
The centre is doing great and Jack’s had an awesome year with you guys. It’s also really nice to see a mix of male and female staff. I often notice Jack chatting with Carson and playing soccer etc and it’s so nice to see! He always says hi to us and the team are always so nice and friendly!
Survey Response
Distinguished from other organisations, Jabiru understands community is an intentional practice that provides what we find to be a unique third space… At the heart of the Jabiru philosophy and practice of community is the creation of a genuine sense of belonging for children.
