The Jabiru Way
The Jabiru Way
The Jabiru Way is our unique combination of academic theory, practice frameworks and emotional intelligence that makes us different – in the best possible way.
We believe a personal approach is important to achieving positive outcomes. That’s why Jabiru has created our own dedicated Practice Framework, as part of our overall approach, which aims to drive continuous improvement and consistency in children’s individual experiences.
Our Practice Framework goes beyond the NQS (National Quality Standard) by embedding Jabiru’s values and evidence-informed approaches into every aspect of our programming. From staffing and reporting requirements, record-keeping and critical reflection to developing weekly programs, age-appropriate activities and resources. We consider each child’s entire world so we can connect them with the right people, resources and support.
