From the CEO to the Area Managers and our Head Office team, everyone is invested in our growth. The ongoing in-service visits, regular training, professional development, and open conversations have helped me evolve both personally and professionally.

One of the most rewarding parts of my working at Jabiru has been the encouragement to grow. After completing a professional development training focused on creative approaches, I implemented new, dynamic activities at our service. These were hands-on, child-led experiences that made learning more fun and meaningful. The children were so engaged—curious, excited, and eager to explore and take ownership of their practices—and even my team began using some of these new practices. It was so empowering to make a difference every day and see the impact we collectively make.  

Being recognised with a Jabiru Award and seeing peers celebrated for their milestones and contributions on Employment Hero makes me feel valued. Whether it’s an internal promotion, learning opportunity, or just a birthday shout-out, it’s nice to be celebrated and valued.
