Peter is deeply driven by his commitment to spearheading not-for-profit organisations and fostering community connections, boasting over 25 years of dedicated involvement in community services. Through nurturing a strong values alignment, Peter leverages his wealth of expertise in organisational change, business development and strategic leadership to support Jabiru's sustainability and growth. Peter’s overarching goal is to continue to link individuals and families with essential community services, ensuring their ability to lead secure, connected and healthy lives.

General Manager - Operations

Helena Kohl

Helena joined Jabiru in 2021 and has strategic and operational experience across various professional services. Helena has broad experience developing and implementing successful business solutions for both non-profit and corporate organisations. She has a proven track record providing solutions that drive business performance and a strong interest in building culture in purpose-led organisations.

GM - Quality, Innovation & Risk

Leanne Cain

Leanne is a relationship and results driven executive leader with over 20 years’ experience advocating for children and young people in the not for profit sector.  Working extensively in organisational child safeguarding and continuous improvement and the management of quality, compliance and financial viability of OSHC and Community services.

Financial Controller

Lyn Zeederberg

Lyn joined Jabiru in 2021. Lyn is a Chartered Accountant with experience in audit, non-profit and commercial roles. Lyn is passionate about working for organisations that support children and families to achieve their full potential.

Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist

Jacinta Morse

Jacinta joined the team in 2022. Jacinta has worked with children for over 11 years, predominantly with children with special needs. Jacinta has worked as an OSHC educator, OSHC leader, Teacher aide, Home disability carer for children, and Teacher before becoming a Behaviour and Inclusion specialist. Quality, Assurance and Risk Manager

Jo-Anne Reddy

Jo joined Jabiru in 2023 and has over 15 years experience working in the early childhood sector and OSHC. Jo has extensive knowledge and experience across specialist areas such as Governance and Risk, Compliance, and Risk,  People and Culture, and Operations. Jo leads, monitors and advises on projects as they relate to Quality, Innovation and Risk for the organisation as well as quality improvement initiatives, risk management, WH&S and process and systems development.

Senior Coordinator – Communities

Shannae Cooper

Shannae is a dedicated and degree qualified Human Services worker with a passion for child safeguarding and wellbeing. Shannae's previous roles include Family Support, Indigenous Community Inclusion, and Child Safeguarding. Shannae also worked for the Police force for over six years. Area Manager

Casey Meade

Casey has worked in the OSHC sector for six years. She started as an Education Leader before progressing to Area Manager. Casey has a passion for working with Children and Educators to enhance their experience in OSHC. She currently oversees six OSHC services, to support Service Managers to successfully provide high quality support and care to children and families.
